SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Please find the sponsor and tabletop exhibitor prospectus listed above. The brochure has two-tier tabletop exhibitor levels with the benefits listed. 

TABLETOP EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 
If you are signing up for a tabletop please find what's included listed below. Onsite tabletop sponsorships will not be accepted. 

• 6' skirted table 
• 2 chairs 
• All education sessions, food, beverage, and networking reception 
• Electricity 

SPONSOR PROMOTIONAL DEADLINES 
To be featured as a sponsor in the onsite printed conference agenda, your sponsorship will need to be registered no later than April 29th. Any sponsor registered after the 30th will be featured on the conferencing app only. 

TABLETOP EXHIBITOR SET-UP/TEAR-DOWN INFORMATION 
Set-up on Wednesday, May 15th begins at 9:00 AM and must be completed by 12Noon. 
Tear-down can begin on Thursday, May 16th at 12Noon. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
You may ship your tabletop items directly to the Sheraton at 1800 50th Street, West Des Moines, IA 50266 with C/O Iowa Communications Alliance CyberCon Event. The hotel asks that your materials arrive 3 business days in advance or later for storage.
