The ICA Technology, Marketing & Front Office Training Committee is planning the 2017 Impact Conference for November 8 & 9 in West Des Moines, Iowa at the West Des Moines Marriott.

There will be general sessions and tracks for each personnel type:  Marketing professionals, front office/customer service reps and technicians.  There may also be a few ITC managers in attendance.  We anticipate approximately 170 attendees each day.  There are speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
