ICA Annual Meeting & Expo Sponsorship/Exhibit Information 

Online registration is closed at this time. We welcome non-registered attendees and booth exhibitors to register on-site starting Monday, March 25th at 11:00 AM and Tuesday, March 26th at 7:30 AM.
We require on-site booth registrants to pay at the time of registration - CC, cash or check are accepted.

Join your friends and colleagues for 2 1/2 days of general sessions, concurrent sessions, hands-on demonstrations, networking and a world-class expo hall.  We are still solidifying the agenda and sponsor information. If you would like to register as either a sponsor or attendee registration is now open - please see details below for additional costs.

Conference Brochure - Exhibitor Hall: 

Booth registration must be received by end of business on Thursday, March 14th to be added to the official conference registration brochure given to all attendees and booth personnel. If you miss the deadline you will still be able to register for booth space until Wednesday, March 20th and be listed as an exhibitor in the conferencing app.  

Pre- Registration Booth Space: 

Pre-Registration closes five business days in advance on Monday (end of business), March 18th.

Late Registration: 

Starting March 19th, an additional $25 will be charged for booth spaces. This additional charge will be reflected in addition to the booth prices listed above. Registration on our website will close at the end of the business day on Wednesday, March 20th. On-site registration will open Monday, March 25th at 11:00 AM.  

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations must be made in writing (email preferred to Brittany Bonnicksen) by March 1st to receive a full refund. Any cancellations or no shows after March 1st will be charged in full.
