ONSITE ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Refund Schedule: 
In the event that you need to cancel your attendee registration or booth space, the refund schedule will be enforced with the following dates listed below. Substitutions for conference attendees or exhibitor attendees will be accepted. No refunds will be accepted for Sponsorships. 

  • February 28, 2022 (and earlier) – 100% Refund 
  • March 1 - March 13, 2022 - 50% Refund
  • March 14, 2022 (and after) - No Refunds Accepted

PARKING
If you are staying at the Hilton, they have onsite parking and a skywalk attached to the conference center. If you're staying at the Marriott a contracted shuttle service will take you to the conference center. If you need to park onsite you may use the Far North Lot (see parking map below). The Events Center does charge for the parking lot but takes most credit cards and cash. 

ATTIRE
Attire is business casual during the day. We recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. Please remember to wear your conference badge as they are required for admission.

ICA COVID INFORMATION 
With the decrease in COVID-19 case counts, there are currently no mask or vaccine requirements in place for the Annual Meeting & Expo.

ONSITE EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

BOOTH SET-UP INFORMATION
Set-up begins on Tuesday, March 29th from 9:00 - 11:00 AM in Hall A. You may use the regular entrance marked by the blue arrow on the above map or there is a garage door entrance located on 3rd street you may pull your car into to unload. 

BOOTH TEAR-DOWN INFORMATION
Tear down begins after the expo hall closes on Wednesday, March 30th starting at 12Noon.  

EXPO HALL ACTIVITIES

Throughout the expo hall, we will have a plinko board with small prizes (logoed mugs, logoed t-shirts, bags, etc.) and looking to you for a handful of small giveaways for the plinko board. We will have a volunteer station to drop off in the expo hall if you’d like to participate in giving away prizes during game time.
We encourage you to use your imagination and get creative with our theme (raceway/race cars). We will have voting booths for the following:

  • Best Themed Booth
  • Best Booth Personnel
  • Most interactive Booth

Prizes for each of those that are awarded will be provided at the end of the event. Get creative!

Sponsor & Exhibitor Cut-Off Dates: 

  • December 17th - Sign up as a sponsor to be featured in the printed attendee registration guide. Sponsorships will be accepted after the 17th but will only be listed on the website, e-mail marketing, and onsite materials. 
  • February 28th - Must be signed up as a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor to be featured in the onsite printed materials 
  • March 18th -All booths must be signed up to attend the Annual Meeting & Expo. No onsite registrations will be accepted. This includes having your exhibit attendees added to your profile to ensure they have a name badge for the conference.

 

Accommodations: 
The room block we had available for the Hilton and Marriott is sold out. You can check back at a later date with either to see if anyone has since canceled their room reservations as the event nears. Listed below are other recommended nearby hotels. We do not have a room block for the list below so please call directly for a reservation.
