Registration has closed for conference attendees and exhibitors. We offer onsite registration for an additional cost. Please see the pricing structure listed below. Onsite registrations will be handled at the conference registration desk. If you need to swap out/transfer attendee registration(s) for a different person within your company, those will be handled onsite at no additional charge. Student (High School or College) - $25
You must be logged into your member profile to access the member rates. Add an additional $300 to the prices listed above for non-member rates. If you need help accessing your member profile e-mail Brittany.
Optional Sessions (Only Available to ICA Members)
Registration Details: Pre-Registration closes on Wednesday, March 8th (end of the day). Starting March 9th, an additional $40 will be charged for registrations and onsite registrations. This additional charge will be reflected in the registration prices.

Attire: Business casual is the suggested dress code during the meeting. Please keep in mind that meeting rooms can be on the cooler side. It is recommended that you dress in layers to stay comfortable.
Accommodations
The Hilton, Marriott Downtown Des Moines, and Embassy Suites room blocks are currently sold out. Additional room blocks will not be added at this time. We encourage you to wait for cancellations as the event nears at the current locations listed above or you may contact the following nearby hotels for room reservations outside the room block:
SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
This event features a world-class Expo Hall, numerous educational sessions, and amazing networking opportunities. The Annual Meeting & Expo is held on March 20-22, 2023. Registered exhibitor personnel are invited to participate in all scheduled events, including education, food, and networking events.
Expo Hours
Tuesday, March 21st – 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Includes the 4:30 – 6:00 PM Expo Hall Reception)
Wednesday, March 22nd – 9:15 AM – 11:00 AM
Exhibitor Set-up Times
Monday, March 20th | 9:00 – 11:00 AM (Booths 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, & 600)
Tuesday, March 21st | 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM (All other booths)
Exhibitors are welcome to attend the Monday sessions and reception, but please note expo hall set-up does not begin for all other booths until Tuesday, March 21.
Exhibitor Move-Out Times
Tear-down can begin on Wednesday, March 22nd at 11:30 am after the expo hall closes. If you are working with Event Decorators of Iowa for shipping, you can pack up your boxes and leave them in your booth and they will handle return shipping. Please see the exhibitor services kit below for shipping information.
Booth Fees
Full payment of booth space is due February 21, 2023. Space will not be held, assigned, or confirmed until payment is received. Payment may be made by credit card or check.
Sponsorship Opportunities
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available to make your impact at the 2023 ICA Annual Meeting & Expo. Please see the expo and sponsor prospectus on pages 4-7 for a complete listing of available sponsorships.
Promotion Deadline
To be featured as a sponsor in the printed conference agenda for the mailed brochure in January, your sponsorship will need to be registered no later than December 21st. We will accept sponsorship signups after December 22nd. You will then be featured on the registration website, email communication, and onsite marketing materials. To be featured in the onsite event marketing brochure and printed materials, you must be signed up 20 business days in advance on February 21, 2023. All booths must be registered by Friday, March 10, 2023. Onsite booth registrations will not be accepted.
