The Beyond Broadband Expo has rebranded to Tech Talk and Training. ICA chose to rebrand the event in order to align better with ICA's values and company mission to provide education and training to technicians. Tech Talk and Training is geared to provide a space where technicians can gather for hands-on training and peer-to-peer learning during roundtable sessions. Each session will run from 9 am - 4 pm in various locations in the state of Iowa over a two-week period in September. You can attend more than one location or send your technicians to a variety of locations throughout the state. 

Registration Cost: $99 
This will help us cover the cost of food, training, and meeting space expenses. The Tech Talk & Training sessions are only offered to ICA members. You will need to log into your member profile to gain access to the registration form. If you have troubles with logging in please e-mail Brittany or Melissa.

Hands-on Training Elements
The hands-on training portion of the meeting will encompass various industry trainers who will offer workshops on the following topics listed below. Following the hands-on elements will be a networking lunch and roundtable discussion stemming from the morning session and any other topics of interest. Each location will offer the same agenda but may slightly vary from location to location. 

1. Fiber Prep, Case Prep, and Splicing
2. OTDR Fiber Testing
3. Wi-Fi Testers

• September 14th - CoWork591, Jesup (attendance limited to 25)
• September 19th - Northwest Communications, Havelock
