What you’ll do:
  • Research and analyze accounting data; summarize account information and trends; prepare reports for a complex and highly regulated operation.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account reconciliations by compiling and analyzing account information and prepare journal entries.
  • Process payroll and related filings.
  • Review data for accuracy, researches and solves data and information discrepancies, and make adjustments to records as necessary.
  • Process invoices, sales orders and necessary tax filings.
What we need:
  • Hands-on experience performing the responsibilities listed above in a highly competent manner.
  • Microsoft Excel proficient plus high computer literacy to utilize our cloud-based accounting platform.
  • Preferably a degree in accounting.
  • Someone detailed oriented, proactive, a positive team player with a strong work ethic.
