Accounting Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager for our growing organization. You will be responsible for the full cycle accounting process, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing accurate and timely financial statements. Other fun-with-numbers:
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activity.
  • Research and analyze accounting data; summarize account information and trends; prepare reports for a complex and highly regulated operation.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account reconciliations by compiling and analyzing account information and prepare journal entries.
  • Process payroll and related filings.
  • Ensure the monthly bank reconciliations are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process invoices, sales orders and necessary tax filings.
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities.

This position calls for hands-on experience performing the responsibilities listed above in a highly competent manner. Proficient in Microsoft Excel plus high computer literacy to utilize our cloud-based accounting platform.
