Citizens Mutual Telephone Cooperative (CM Tech) is a progressive telecommunications company in southeast Iowa. We have been in business nearly 120 years and are highly focused on delivering a great customer experience. CM Tech is in the process of a large fiber expansion that will double our fiber network coverage and customer base and are seeking an individual that can help us manage our growth successfully.
CM Tech is seeking a Customer Experience Manager that will embrace a fast-paced, high-growth environment and lead CM Tech’s customer-facing operations, including, but not limited to, customer service representatives, marketing, sales, public relations and business development. This position will be critical to the success of the organization by ensuring CM Tech provides a world-class customer experience to our new members while keeping a focus on providing the same level of service our long-standing members have always come to expect.
