  • Provide a quality customer experience by actively listening and effectively educating customers regarding product/service features and benefits and troubleshooting occasional issues.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions while building customer relationships and earning their trust.
  • Process new orders and installations, troubles and apply payments.
  • Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets and become proficient with our software (MACC).

We are looking for a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A decent technical aptitude and a penchant for basic accounting won’t hurt either.
