IAMO’s Board is seeking a dynamic leader with a demonstrated record of positive results within the telecom/broadband industry to begin a new chapter in our history…with a focus towards innovation and service excellence.
 
You will provide for the communication needs of customers, the management needs of staff, and the growth and income of the company.  Specifically…

  • Continually seek to improve performance levels and business development opportunities by exploring new technologies and anticipating market practices and industry trends.
  • Lead the ongoing development of operational plans, budgets, and objectives to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain positive, effective relationships with those served, as well as the various communities, regulatory agencies, funding sources, business partners, and other stakeholders of strategic significance to the company.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a staff of nine while promoting a culture of teamwork, performance and service excellence.
  • Represent IAMO on multiple partnership boards
Because IAMO works on the cutting-edge of communication technology, you must be someone who is a creative problem solver, resourceful in getting things done, and inherently collaborative. 
 
Additionally…we’re looking for a proven industry leader who excels in both strategy development and operational excellence, has a keen understanding of related finances and significant knowledge in trends, issues, and regulations affecting the communications industry.
