Lifeline National Verifier Webcast

To ensure you as ICA members have a direct access to the USAC, this webcast will be informal for you to ask any additional questions or to seek clarity on any aspect of the Lifeline National Verifier. 

The FCC and USAC officially announced on October 23rd that the state of Iowa along with many other states were hard launched. The link to the National Verifier page includes a number of resources that we encourage you  to bookmark. All relevant resources can be found here.

Pursuant to FCC rules, once the National Verifier is hard launched in a particular state, service providers are required to use the National Verifier to check consumers’ Lifeline eligibility. USAC has federal data connections with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to verify participation in the Federal Public Housing Assistance program (FPHA) and with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to verify participation in Medicaid.
