This is a career position open due to a promotion and offers a lot of variety and interesting work. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
  • Respond to all customer inquiries (via phone, email, walk-ins) which can range from products, services, pricing, availability, service requests, trouble tickets, party planning and more.
  • Process customer orders for installation or other services.
  • Capitalize on all opportunities to expand our services.
