We are Minburn Communications, a well-established communications (internet, video, voice) provider serving Minburn, Woodward, Perry, Bouton and Dallas Center - just a half-hour NW of Des Moines. We’re striving to be the most customer-centric provider in rural Iowa. To get there, we need exceptional leadership of our customer service team. Here’s how you will contribute:
  • Execute inside-sales strategies to broaden the customer base and increase penetration of existing customers regarding communication related product and service offerings.
  • Continuously innovate to help the team better identify and address customer needs across various touchpoints resulting in greater customer satisfaction and increased profitability.
  • Oversees the delivery of various projects; responsible for coordinating activities of teams and/or contractors/vendors, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. 
  • Keep informed of new products, services, technologies, trends, and other drivers that influence customer behavior.
  • Work closely with our billing system vendor to fully integrate application functions and manage system upgrades.
  • Hone a culture of teamwork, performance and service excellence.
