Minerva Valley Telephone Company is looking for a motivated individual to join our team.  Minerva Valley’s main office is in Zearing, IA and we provide Internet, voice, and video services to Zearing, Clemons, St. Anthony, McCallsburg and the surrounding areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • This is a full time 40 hours/week position with occasional overtime opportunities.
  • Underground facilities locator – completes daily cable locate requests.
  • Support with customer Internet, voice, and video installations.
  • Support with daily trouble tickets.
  • Learn the Central Office and plant.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • PC and smartphone application knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Positive customer service attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast learner and self-starter – open to new learning opportunities
  • Safety first mindset
