As a CSR you will bring customers/members face-to-face with the latest communications technology (internet, TV, phone). This is achieved by providing customers precise answers to questions, quick and accurate responses and offering solutions to individual needs - while being truly passionate about customer satisfaction. 
 
A few things you should be good at:
  • The vision to see opportunities, anticipate needs, and identify solutions.
  • Taking ownership of customer requests (via emails, chat, phone, or in-person) including all related activities to support the customer.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships to work effectively with others on our team.
  • Providing a quality customer experience by effectively and thoroughly educating customers regarding product/service features and benefits.
  • Processing appropriate documentation for new orders and installations and deposit all payments received.
