  • Welcome customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Set up customers' accounts, repairs, service changes, billing, disconnects, etc. accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports via our billing system, Word, Excel by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Perform light accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, monthly reports/filings, and other related duties.
