Today, the Customer eXperience (CX) is more important than ever!  It is what sets you apart and something important to your business. Each employee has a role to play in providing an excellent customer experience. The CX Summit is designed to focus on all aspects of delivering an excellent customer experience. Sessions will include best practices and thought leadership on how to integrate a customer-focused mindset into every role in your company in order to deliver a positive customer experience. 

Call for Session Proposals

We are currently seeking session proposals for this year's CX Summit.  

We strongly encourage our community-based Broadband Service Providers to submit proposals as we are looking for real-life examples and experiences.  Even if you feel you may not have enough content for a full session, send us your proposals.  There may be opportunities to develop panel sessions from similar proposals.

Below you will find a general topic listing for the types of sessions the committee is interested in seeing at CX Summit. We encourage you to submit another topic of interest, not listed below, that aligns with customer experience. Please submit your speaker proposal no later than July 30.

  • AI – how to leverage it in your company
  • AI - hands on demonstration of the technology
  • Company deployment process for new services or into new territories with the customer experience top of mind. – real-life examples.
  • Job Purpose vs Job Functions – keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Things that Work Show and Tell – panel of practices, policies, trainings that help to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Company Rebranding Process
  • Marketing 101
  • Navigating Constant Change
  • Avoiding Employee Burnout
  • Time Management
  • Digital Storytelling

Other topics are welcome that would be a fit for the audience.  If you have a different topic to submit, don’t hesitate to do so.  Please fill out the call for proposals form by July 30.
