After a few years off, ICA is eager to host Board of Director Members, General Managers, and CEOs at the Directors Training Conference! The Directors Training conference is designed specifically for Board Directors and General Managers. The goal of the training is to build better boards and advance exemplary board leadership.
Conference Agenda
This year’s conference offers a mix of presentations and small group discussion times designed to give attendees a strong foundation, get them thinking about possibilities for the future, and offer time to connect with others from around the state.
The agenda includes presentations on Financial Statements, Managing Risk, Cybersecurity, and Succession Planning. There will also be presentations on emerging topics and areas more boards and companies are getting involved with, such as eSports and AI. We have also built in Roundtable Discussion Sessions and a Best Practices Idea Sharing Session to enable attendees to learn from each other.
New or experienced, there is plenty of content for ALL Board Members!

ICA has a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn at a rate of $169 plus tax per night. Go online or call 515-223-0571 to reserve your room. The cut-off date for the room block is July 25, 2024.

Attend as a group and save! For every 3 paid attendees from the same member company, the 4th individual can attend for FREE. We encourage your company to register as a group – including the CEO/General Manager and Directors.
