Please read the information below carefully as changes have been made for the 2020 Classic. Monday golf is sold out, Tuesday spots are still available! 

COVID & Golf & Grill Classic

We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of our members for our in-person Golf & Grill Classic. Holding the safety and well-being of our members as a top priority, changes have been made to the 2020 Classic.

  • We will be restricting golf to 108 golfers each day (18 teams of 6). In previous years, we have allowed members to golf one or both days. This year, due to the restricted number of golfers we are restricting to one-day only. If Monday becomes sold out, we will put you on a wait list. If Tuesday does not sell out, we will allow Monday golfers to golf a second day if space is available.  Please e-mail Brittany if you'd like to be put on the wait list. 
  • You will share a cart with a team member. If you'd like your own cart please e-mail Brittany and we will reserve you a designated cart.
  • Due to a later sunrise in September, Tuesday's shotgun start time will be 10:00 am so that LPN staff can prepare the course.

Registration

Please indicate on the registration form who you would like to golf with. We will do our very best to pair you with the members you would like to golf with. Pairings will be sent on Friday, September 18th.  Each golfer will receive three drink tickets, lunch, golf gift, green fees, Monday night BBQ and a cart. Registration cut-off is Friday, September 11th.

Additional Safety Measures

  • We will have hand sanitizer around the course.
  • Your golf gifts will be placed in your carts ahead of time.
  • We encourage you to wear a mask when you are unable to maintain safe social distancing.
  • Carts will be spaced out to abide by social distancing. Upon arrival, please head straight to your assigned cart. They will be parked in order based on the hole you are assigned to. We will have a team of people to help assist you on where your cart is located. As mentioned above, you will be sharing a cart with a team member.   • The lunch will be a grab and go boxed lunch at Spikes Monday & Tuesday.
  • During the Monday evening social and grill out please abide by social distancing. We will send out further communication on specific guidelines for the grill out.

We will keep you informed if these safety measures change by September.

COVID & Rescheduling:

In the event that we need to modify these plans due to state restrictions we will notify you ASAP. If you are sick or have been exposed to a person who tests positive to COVID within three weeks prior to the golf Classic we ask that you not attend, and a full refund will be given.

Golfer Registration Costs: 

Member Registration: $165 | An additional $50 will be added for a second day if there's a spot available. 
Non- Members: If you are a non-member and would like to golf we will put you on a wait list if there is a spot available. Please e-mail Brittany.
Retired Telephone Industry Golfers: $100 
Non-golfers (This includes Monday night's BBQ and one drink ticket): $35

To be listed on the printed marketing materials, all sponsorship must be submitted by Monday, September 7th. In the event that we need to cancel due to COVID, you will receive a 50% refund of your sponsorship and ensure you still receive recognition to our membership.
