Room blocks for the 2026 ICA Annual Meeting & Expo are now open at two downtown Des Moines hotels. These properties are within close proximity to the venue and offer discounted group rates for ICA attendees. Rooms historically fill quickly — early booking is strongly encouraged.

IMPORTANT: Please only reserve the number of rooms your team is confident they will use. In the past, ICA was charged for unused rooms that were canceled too close to the event, which had a significant financial impact. To avoid this happening, we’re asking all members to be mindful when booking.
