Call for Speakers Now Open

The Iowa Communications Alliance (ICA) invites speaker proposals for the 2027 Annual Meeting & Expo. We are seeking engaging, educational presentations that provide practical strategies, real-world examples, and valuable takeaways for telecommunications professionals at companies of all sizes.

Many ICA members work for small and rural telecommunications companies where employees manage multiple responsibilities. Proposed sessions should offer realistic ideas that can be adapted to different staffing levels, budgets, and organizational needs.

Suggested topics include customer experience, workforce development, artificial intelligence, emerging technology, cybersecurity, financial management, tax planning, new revenue opportunities, industry policy, broadband funding, advocacy, and other timely issues affecting rural telecommunications providers.

Proposals should focus on education rather than the promotion of a specific company, product, or service.
