ICA is planning the 2026 Director Development Conference, scheduled for August 13, 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn - West Des Moines. The committee has identified the presentation topics and is looking for interested individuals who could present on the following topics.

Attracting and Retaining Quality Board Members
A Strategic Approach to Marketing Your Company
A Look at the Financial Landscape
Where Do We Go From Here?

Sessions are scheduled to be 45 minutes in length. The audience will be a mix of board members and GM/CEOs from ICA member companies.
