EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 

EXCITING EXHIBITOR CHANGES FOR 2020 EXPO: 
You spoke and we listened! We've taken your feedback and made a few changes to our 2020 Annual Meeting & Expo. As an exhibitor, this year you are invited to attend the Monday sessions and Monday reception. However, early booth set-up on Monday is not permitted and will need to wait for the scheduled set-up time on Tuesday, March 24th from 9:00 - 11:00 AM. Additionally, we are inviting all exhibitors to eat lunch upstairs on Tuesday, March 24th with all other attendees from 11:30 - 1:00 PM. We encourage you to take advantage of both of these opportunities to meet with your current clients and connect with new ones.  Lastly, we have pushed the expo start time back on Wednesday to 9:00 AM. 

EXPO HOURS: 
Tuesday March 24th | 1:00 - 6:00 PM (Includes reception from 4:30 - 6:00 PM in Expo Hall) 
Wednesday, March 25th | 9:00 - 11:00 AM
The conference begins Monday, March 23rd at 1:00 PM for conference attendees. You are welcome to attend any Monday sessions however, please be advised you will not be able to set-up early on Monday. Please see exhibitor set-up times listed below. 

EXHIBITOR SET-UP TIMES: 
Large Booth Exhibitors (Booths 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 & 600)-  Monday March 23rd | 9:00 - 11:00 AM 
All Other Booths - Tuesday, March 24th | 9:00 - 11:00 AM 

EXHIBITOR TAKE-DOWN TIMES: 
Wednesday, March 25th following the 11:00 AM Closing. 

ORDERING BOOTH ACCESSORIES/SHIPPING: 
Please click here to download the exhibitor services kit. Please be advised there is a discounted price through March 13, 2020. All orders must be completed by March 20, 2020. 

ORDERING ELECTRICAL & LIGHTING: 
Please click here to order you electrical after you've purchased your booth. 

PAYMENT: 
Full payment of booth space is due within 20 days prior to event conference. Space will not be held, assigned or confirmed until payment is received. Payment may be made by credit card or check. No registration or other fees will be refunded after March 2, 2020. 

EXHIBITOR SIGN UP DEADLINE DATE: 
Due to brochure and onsite printing times, we have a exhibitor sign up deadline date of Friday, March 6th (end of business day). You may still sign up after the March 6th deadline, however you will not be featured in the onsite conference brochure or marketing materials.
