Changing Perceptions of Women in Business
There's a massive need to understand and empower each woman to take the front seat in the room. Oftentimes women are shy to raise their hands and speak up for their beliefs and thoughts in business. It's my job to advocate for you and each other but let's also advocate for ourselves. We're going to start at the bottom up. We will walk away feeling valued, validated, and comfortable in our space to speak. Let's stop being tagged as emotional and aggressive but instead, let's have bright dynamic energy (BDE). You'll learn how to showcase your own BDE in your daily life.
