Dr. Claire Muselman serves as Assistant Professor of Practice in Leadership and Organizational Behavior in the Zimpleman College of Business and Co-Director of the Leadership Development Master of Science program at Drake University. With nearly two decades in the insurance industry, she's become a transformative force in workers' compensation and risk management, pioneering initiatives like the Workers' Recovery Unit, the Workers' Compensation Center of Excellence, and The Transitions. Her influence extends to co-hosting the acclaimed podcast ADJUSTED, a claims podcast, as well as creating content for various media outlets, including WorkCompCentral, the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) and WorkersCompensation.com. Dr. Muselman's focus on empathetic, emotionally intelligent leadership at Drake University fosters well-being and growth, reflecting her commitment to educating future leaders. Her additional roles as Dean of Workers' Compensation for the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance's Claims College and Faculty for Work Comp College highlight her impact on the educational landscape.
